By using any of Ready Ticket' services, including any services found on the website, you agree to voluntarily consent to any and all Terms of Service found herein.

 

Ready Ticket has the right to modify this Terms of Service agreement at our discretion, and the terms will become effective immediately upon publication to this website.

 

Satisfaction Policies

We provide the ticketing software used to process ticket sales and admissions for the events on this website. We are not responsible for the production, experience or cancellation of events on our system. If you are unsatisfied with your experience with an event listed on the Ready Ticket system, you must speak to a valid representative of the event or venue.

 

Status as Content Provider

Ready Ticket is not responsible for any content posted or displayed on any page within the Ready Ticket website by our registered clients. Such information does not represent the viewpoints or opinions of our company. Ready Ticket cannot be held responsible for any agreements, contracts, unfulfilled promises or any communication made between one of our clients and a third party. Ready Ticket is not responsible for any illegal or unlawful material — including defamatory or copyrighted material — posted to an event page by a client on our system.

 

Accuracy of Information

Users of any of Ready Ticket services certify that any information provided to us is complete and accurate. Ready Ticket will make every effort to validate the billing information you provide to us; however, if we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets or prohibit you from using this website.

Alteration of Event Listings

Ready Ticket reserves the right to expunge any event from the Ready Ticket website at any time, under any circumstances, and for any reason.

 

Refund Policies

Ready Ticket is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased; however, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.

If an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket will be issued to customers who purchased tickets. Service, delivery and transaction fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control over refund availability and duration. Ready Ticket will not be able to issue refunds until any outstanding balance for the refunds has been compensated by the event promoter.

 

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed to a later date, it is the client’s responsibility to update the listing and notify Ready Ticket. In such a case, the event’s promoter is required to accept outdated tickets at the door for entrance into the event.

 

Cancelled Events

1. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the Event Organizer due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, the Event will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.
2. If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the EVENT ORGANISER. To find out about the refund availability and process:
   • you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or
   • you can review notices posted on the EVENT ORGANISER's website or contact the EVENT ORGANISER via the email address supplied on the EVENT ORGANISER's Ready Ticket listing.
3. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the EVENT ORGANISER may set refund limitations. Contact the EVENT ORGANISER for exact instructions.
4. If a refund has been confirmed by Ready Ticket then the following refund method applies:
   • If you booked online or by phone using a credit card, Ready Ticket will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.
   • If you booked in an authorised Ready Ticket Box Office, please return to the same outlet you purchased from and take along with you your Ready Ticket receipt to obtain a full refund within 90 days of the event cancellation. You will be asked to sign for your refund. If you are genuinely unable to return to the store for a refund, please contact [email protected] providing details of the event and point of purchase and any other information as reasonably required to allow Ready Ticket to arrange a refund. Note that any refunds conducted through this method will take significantly longer than refunds conducted through the Box Office outlet.
   • If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of the Ready Ticket platform, you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.

 

Ready Ticket Ticket Purchasing Fees

Non-refundable service fees may be added to each ticket and/or order. By purchasing tickets from Ready Ticket, you agree to pay these fees and understand that the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for any carrier fees associated with mobile ticket delivery.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

Ready Ticket currently accepts PayPal payment. All transactions will post a READY TICKET memo on your billing/bank statement.

 

Privacy Policies

Privacy policies are outlined in the Ready Ticket Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms of service, you are also agreeing to the terms set forth in the Ready Ticket Privacy Policy.

Refusal of Services

Ready Ticket reserves the right to bar any registered client from use of any or all of Ready Ticket' services at any time, under any circumstances, and for any reason. Violation of any of the guidelines below will always result in such punitive action.

Illegal Content

Posting or linking to any illegal or unlawful content — including defamatory or copyrighted materials — on the Ready Ticket website will result in the termination of all services that Ready Ticket provides.

Prohibited Content

Posting any of the following on the Ready Ticket website may result in the termination, without compensation, of all services that Ready Ticket provides:

• Any communication that incites or promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry or physical harm to others
• Any communication that promotes harassment of others
• Any pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Any communication that solicits personal information for commercial or advertising purposes that is not otherwise approved by Ready Ticket
• Any communication intended to engage others in commercial activities that is not otherwise approved by Ready Ticket

 

Ticket Purchasing Limits

In order to discourage unfair ticket purchase practices, clients may set maximum limits for the number of tickets purchased per person. Ready Ticket is not responsible for these limits, nor are we able to circumvent them in any way. Any attempted or actual circumvention of these limits by a customer will result in the termination of any further use of any Ready Ticket services and the nullification of any tickets purchased.

Unlawful Ticket Reselling

Ready Ticket in no way condones the unlawful resale of tickets. Any unlawful attempt to resell tickets purchased through Ready Ticket will result in Ready Ticket terminating those tickets without compensation, as well as the customer being barred indefinitely from use of any Ready Ticket services.

Violation of Terms

If you violate any of the terms herein, Ready Ticket reserves the right to terminate your account, bar you from using any Ready Ticket services, cancel any ticket orders and take appropriate legal action.

External Links

Ready Ticket is not responsible for any content or services provided by any websites outside of the Ready Ticket website. This includes any content posted on the event organizer’s website or on any sites linked from the event pages.

 

Age Requirements

Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using Ready Ticket.

Acceptable Use

Ready Ticket grants you a non-exclusive right to access the Ready Ticket Service for the purposes of browsing the site, searching for events, registering for events, and interacting with events, organizers, and Ready Ticket. The following uses of the Service — including the site and all functions therein — are strictly forbidden:

 

• Using the Service in any way that violates the Terms of Service;
• Using the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise disclose the underlying source code or infrastructure of the Service;
• Using the Service for fraudulent activity or activity that facilitates fraud;
• Using or enabling others to use bots, scrapers, spiders, or any other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without the written permission of Ready Ticket;
• Using or enabling others to use the Service in a way that imposes what Ready Ticket deems to be an illicit, excessive, or unnecessarily heavy burden on our infrastructure, regardless whether such activity is an intentional attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site;
• Bypassing or enabling others to bypass any measures we take to restrict access to unauthorized areas of the Service.
